According to @TwoEpicBuddies, there will be a new item added to Fortnite Battle Royale next week, the Gas Grenade / Stink Grenade:
NOTE: It has not been officially announce by Epic that this item will be coming to Fortnite Battle Royale, but the files suggest that it will. We will keep you updated with any new information.
