With Season 4 coming to an end and the Blockbuster challenges finished, the community are looking for any signs to hint what’s in store for Season 5. The Visitor has escaped from Dusty Divot and loading screen 8 shows the Visitor launching the Rocket/Missile at the lair located by Snobby Shores.

The TV screens have also been broadcasting a message, similar to the Llama’s seen on the TV’s across Fortnite and it seems to be making reference to the lair. The Nintendo Switch also showed a countdown for 3 days, but when the countdown finished, it just showed a black screen. The same countdown has now been seen on other platforms but we will have to wait to see if there will be any changes at the end of this. You can read more about the broadcast warning here.

Reddit user¬†Ezt3 was playing around with the date and time and just happened to change the TV to show ‘Launch’. After checking ourselves, we can confirm that this is real and you can check this for yourselves by changing the date to 30/06/2018 or 30th June 2018 on PC and 30/07/2018 or 30th July 2018 on console. You will see ‘Launch’ flashing on the TV screen as seen below:

It seems as though the hologram at the enemy lair does not appear when changing the date:

It seems as though the 30th June will be the day the rocket will be launched. Datamined files suggest that players will be able to launch the rocket themselves, which you can read more about in the article below.

NOTE: There is no official date of launch stated by Epic Games, but we will keep you updated with the latest news.
