Nerdle is the maths version of Wordle, but instead of guessing the word of the day, you need to guess the equation. The game works in a similar way as there are no clues as to what the equation will be, but once you have made a guess, the colour of the tiles will change to let you know if have placed the number/symbols in the correct place and if they appear in the equation.
The developers of the game are constantly making changes to the game to improve it and have come up with different puzzles that have then been added to the daily puzzles.
