Wordle has a very simple concept: to guess the five-letter word in six guesses or less. There are no initial clues as to what the word could be and can be any word in the American English language. This may make it sound like an impossible game, but once you have made your first guess, the tiles containing the letters will change into one of three colours.
Green lets you know that the letter is in the word and has been placed in the correct position. Yellow means that the letter is in the word somewhere, just not where you have currently placed it. If the letter does not appear in the word at all, the tile will change grey, which means you want to refrain from using this letter in subsequent guesses where possible.

What is the Wordle 285 Answer Today? (March 31st, 2022)
Here is how I managed to guess the answer for Wordle 285 in four guesses today. First I guessed the word ‘AUDIO’ which showed me there is an O in the word, but it has not been placed in the correct position. I then wanted to guess a word that has an E in it, so I went with the word ‘STORE’ as it also places the O in a different position and uses different letters I have guessed previously.
Unfortunately, none of the letters in the guess are in the word of the day and the O was not even placed in the correct position. This made me think that there was a double letter in the word and that the O would be the second letter, so I guessed the word ‘HOLLY’.
This was a great guess as it placed the O, L and Y in the correct position as well as showing me there is an L in the word. As it is not the third position, it means the Wordle has to start with an L. This leaves only one unknown letter but looking at the letters that are left it was very easy to guess the answer to Wordle 285, which is…
