Dordle is a slightly more difficult version of Wordle in which players must guess not one, but two five-letter words to complete the puzzle. There are no hints as to what the words could be at first, but once you’ve made a guess, the tiles will change colour, indicating whether you guessed a letter that appears in the word and whether you correctly placed the letter.
Wordle requires six guesses to correctly guess one word, whereas Dordle requires seven guesses to correctly guess both words of the day. This makes it more difficult because you only get one more guess for guessing two words rather than six for guessing one. You can play the game however you want, but we recommend attempting to guess the vowels for the words in as few as possible guesses to give you a good solid foundation.

Here is how I managed to solve the words for Dordle 82 today. First I guessed the word ‘AUDIO’, which only showed me that there is an A in both words, but it did place the letter correctly in the second word. I then guessed the word ‘BLERT’ as this word uses letters that I have not guessed before.
This was a great guess as it placed the E and T in the correct positions for the first word as well as showing me there is an R in the first word as well. I then decided to focus on the first word to see if I could solve it quickly and guessed the word ‘TREAT’.
This guess placed the R and A in the correct position, leaving only the first letter to be guessed. I then managed to guess the answer to the first word for Dordle 82 on my next guess, which is…
