Quordle is the second most popular daily word game behind Wordle. After seeing a post about Dordle, the game’s author, Freddie Meyer, decided to release the game around the end of January.
In comparison to Wordle, it soon attracted a dedicated player community, with players enjoying the more difficult challenge. If you’ve never played Quordle, it’s a game in which participants must predict four five-letter words rather than one.
You’ll have nine chances to guess the words correctly, and the colour of the tiles will change to provide feedback for each try, similar to Wordle. There’s also a practice mode, something which most daily word games don’t offer. Players can play as many word puzzles as they want, but none of them will count towards your score, that’s reserved for the daily set of words.
