Canuckle is the Canadian version of Wordle where all the words are Canadian-themed. The rules of the game are the same where players need to guess the five-letter word with no clues. Once a guess has been made, the tiles will change colour to let you know if the letters you have guessed are in the answer and if you have placed them correctly in the word.
The colours are slightly different, with just the bright red replacing the green to show you have the right letter in the correct place. Both of the other colours are the same, yellow and grey, letting you know if the letter is in the word or not. There is also a fun fact that is given to you when you guess the answer and you can see the fun facts being expanded on, on their Twitter account, @CanuckleGame.

What is the Canuckle 88 Answer Today? (May 8th, 2022)
Here is how I managed to solve the answer to Canuckle 88 today in five guesses. I started with the word ‘MAPLE’ which placed the E in the correct position, but did not reveal any other letters in the word.
I then guessed the word ‘STONE’ as I wanted to see if any of the letters in this word are in the answer today. It did show me that there is an O in the word, but unfortunately did not place it correctly. This showed me that the O was likely the first or second letter the word.
The word I guessed next was ‘CORBE’ as it did place the O in a different position and used letters that have not been guessed before. This did place the O correctly as the second letter and also showed me there is an R in the word.
‘ROWIE’ was the next word I guessed as it place the R in a different position and again used letters that haven’t been guessed yet. This word placed the R correctly at the start, but no other letters were revealed.
This meant that there are only two letters to be guessed and looking at the letters I have not guessed yet helped me to solve the answer to Canuckle 88 in my next guess, which is…
