There’s a new Quordle word puzzle available, number 60. Here are our tips, hints, and answers to the March 25th, 2022 release.
Quordle is a popular word game that was released after the success of Wordle. It started off as a simple project after Freddie Myer, the creator of Quordle, saw an article that mentioned a Wordle alternative, Dordle.
A prototype of the game was quickly created and the link to the site was shared in a small group chat. The game went from around twenty daily players in Ohio to several thousand after it was featured on The Guardian.
A few weeks ago, the information section of the official site stated that Quordle had more than 500,000 daily players with 2 million players in total. The page was updated with up-to-date statistics that claim Quordle now has over 2 million daily players and over 15 million players in total.
If you’ve never played the game, you need to guess four five-letter words in nine attempts or less. The tiles will change colour like Wordle based on whether the word you guessed includes the correct letter in the right place, the correct letter in the wrong place, or if the letters in your guessed word aren’t in the chosen words for the day at all.
There’s a new Quordle available each day at midnight. We’ve been covering the daily four five-letter words with our own hints, tips, and answers for those struggling and we have that below for Quordle 60, released on March 25th, 2022:
Daily Tips
- Starting Words – To get off to the best possible start, use raise, atone, audio, or adieu.
- Duplicate letters – Keep in mind that some words may contain duplicate letters.
- Google is your friend – If you’ve discovered more than two correct letters in a word, be sure to google words that begin or end with the letters you have. If the letters are scattered, look up “words with x letter in them.”
