Dordle is a slightly more difficult version of Wordle in which players must guess not one, but two five-letter words to complete the puzzle. There are no hints as to what the words could be at first, but once you’ve made a guess, the tiles will change colour, indicating whether you guessed a letter that appears in the word and whether you correctly placed the letter.
Wordle requires six guesses to correctly guess one word, whereas Dordle requires seven guesses to correctly guess both words of the day. This makes it more difficult because you only get one more guess for guessing two words rather than six for guessing one. You can play the game however you want, but we recommend attempting to guess the vowels for the words in as few as possible guesses to give you a good solid foundation.

Here is how I managed to solve the words for Dordle 76 today. First I guessed the word ‘AUDIO’, which showed me that there is a A in the first word and there is an I in the second. The next word I guessed is ‘BLERT’ as it all the letters in the word have not been used before.
This word showed me there is an E in both word and an L in the first word and an R in the second. I then guessed the word ‘SHAPE’, which placed the E in the correct position in the first word and a P in the second word. I then decided to focus on the second word and I guessed the word ‘PRIEF’.

The next word I guessed was ‘CABLE’ and this placed the A in the correct place. I had to really think about the word as there was only one guess left. The L was likely in the third letter, and I luckily managed to guess the answer to the first word of Dordle 76 on my next guess, which is…
