Foodle is another Wordle-inspired game we have recently discovered and the aim of this game is to guess the food-related word. The rules are the same as Wordle whereby players must guess the five-letter word (American English) for it to be classed as a guess. Once you have made a guess, the tiles will change colour, letting you know if the letters you guessed appear in the word or not.
Unfortunately with this game, the board resets when you exit the browser, which means you cannot compare the words you used to get the answer with friends and family once they have made their guesses if you do not keep the game open. There are also no statistics for you to be able to keep track of how many games you have won in a row, but you can still share your results on social media once you have completed the Foodle.

What is the Foodle 117 Answer Today? (April 27th, 2022)
Here is how I managed to guess the answer for Foodle 117 in only three guesses today. The first word I guessed is ‘GRAPE’, my usual starter word, but this just showed me that there is an A in the word. As it has not been placed correctly, I decided to guess a word that uses different letters and places the A in a different position.
The next word I guessed was ‘SANDY’ which placed the A correctly and also revealed that there is an S in the word, but the answer does not start with this letter. I then wanted to check if the S could be after the A and thought of any food-related words that have an ‘AS’ in it.
This helped me to solve the answer to Foodle 117 in my next guess, which is…
