There are no initial clues given as to what the word could be, but once you have made a guess, the tiles will change colour letting you know more about the letters in the word. The three different colours the tiles could change to are grey, yellow, or green.
Grey indicates that the letter you guessed is not in the word at all, so you should avoid using it in future guesses.

Green indicates that you have guessed the correct letter and placed it in the correct location, which is the colour you want to see!

What is the Wordle 1215 Answer Today? (October 16th, 2024)
Here is how I managed to solve Wordle 1215 in five guesses today. I guessed the word ‘AUDIO’ first, which is my usual starter word.
This word showed me that there is an A in the Wordle answer today, but it is not the first letter.
I then wanted to guess a word that puts the A in a different position and has an E in it, so I guessed the word ‘PLACE’ next.
The A was correctly placed in the middle of the Wordle answer today, but no other letters were revealed.
The next word I guessed was ‘SHARK’ as it uses different letters than the ones already guessed.
This word showed that there is an R in the answer, but it has not been correctly placed.
I guessed the word ‘BRAWN’ next as it puts the R in a different position.
The R was placed correctly as the second letter and showed me that there is an N in the Wordle answer today.
The N is more than likely the fourth letter, leaving the first and last letters to be guessed. I was then able to solve the answer to Wordle 1215 in the next guess, which is…
