What is the Wordle 1678 Answer Today? (January 22nd, 2026)
Here is how I managed to solve Wordle 1678 in four guesses today. I guessed the word ‘AUDIO’ first, which is my usual starter word.
This word showed me there is an I in the Wordle answer today, but it is not the fourth letter.
I then wanted to guess a word that puts the I in a different position and has an E in it, so I guessed the word ‘PIECE’ next.
No letters were correctly placed with this guess, but it did show me there is a C in the answer as well.
‘CLING’ was the next word I guess as I thought the I would be the third letter and I wanted to guess a word that starts with a C.
This was a great word to guess as it placed the C, L, I and N all in the correct positions.
This left the last letter to be guessed and I was able to solve the answer to Wordle 1678 in my next guess, which is…
