Here is how I managed to solve Wordle 1704 in three guesses today. I guessed the word ‘AUDIO’ first, which is my usual starter word.
This was a great starter word for the Wordle answer today as it showed me there is an A, U and D, but none of these have been correctly placed.
I then wanted to guess a word that puts the known letters in different position, so I guessed the word ‘DAUNT’ next.
The U was correctly placed as the third letter.
I then thought the ending of the word would be ‘UAD’ and I was then able to solve the answer to Wordle 1704 in the next guess, which is…
SQUAD!
