The Discovery Skin, Ruin, will have challenges for you to complete to unlock different rewards. Here are the leaked challenges and rewards.
The Discovery skin was already revealed by Epic Games before being leaked, which is quite unusual for Epic and they do not tend to tease skins by themselves. Ruin can be unlocked for free for players that have purchased the Season 8 Battle Pass and have completed 55 weekly challenges. Seven new challenges will be unlocking tomorrow, which will be the earliest you can unlock the skin.
Data-miner @FireMonkeyFN has managed to leak challenges for the Ruin skin, as can be seen below.:
The challenges to complete are:
- Destroy trees (50)
- Destroy rocks (35)
- Destroy cars, trucks, or RVs (20)
- Deal damage to opponent structures (10000)
- Outlast Opponents (1000)
- Complete Daily Challenges (5)
Once you have completed three of the challenges, you will be awarded with the legendary Dying Light back bling. Once you have complete all six challenges, you will be awarded with the Dread picakaxe. You can see both the cosmetics below:
