There are many Fortnite cosmetics that are usually found and leaked by data-miners in almost every update that requires downtime and the lastest update to take place for the game was v11.50.
The cosmetics that were leaked were mainly Valentines themed and so these will likely be released in the Fortnite Item Shop in the upcoming weeks. Here is a list of all the cosmetics that were leaked in the v11.50 update that have not been released as of 11th February, before the Item Shop has been updated.
