Poeltl, which was released just under two months ago, is one of the daily games inspired by Wordle. The game’s premise is simple: in eight attempts or less, predict the mystery NBA player of the day.
There are seven columns in the game, all of which provide stats and information about the NBA player. A column in green means there’s a match, a yellow in the team column means the mystery player once played in the team but doesn’t currently, and yellow in the position column is a partial match to the mystery NBA player’s position.
If any of the other columns are yellow, it indicates the attribute is within two (inches, years, numbers) of the mystery player. If you’re still finding it difficult to guess the mystery player, there’s a silhouette mode located under the columns.
