Wordle is the most popular word game by far but Quordle is continuing to close the gap between the two. A couple of weeks ago, the information section on the Quordle site stated that there were more than 500,000 daily players and a total of 2 million players.
Recently, that section of the site was updated with new statistics. The game now has more than 2 million daily players and more than 15 million total players since the game was released at the end of January.
The success of the game is mainly due to people seeing it as a tougher challenge to Wordle. There’s also the fact that it offers a practice mode that allows players to play as many world puzzles as they won’t, though none of them will count towards your win streak.
