Dordle is a word game that requires you to guess two five-letter words in seven guesses or less. There are no initial clues given to you before you make your first guess, but once a guess has been made, the tiles will change colour, letting you know some important information. Here is what the colours mean:
- Green – You have guessed the correct letter and have it placed in the correct place.
- Yellow – The letter appears in the word, just not positioned correctly.
- White (or black depending if you have dark mode on) – the letter does not appear in the word at all.
Some changes have been made to Dordle recently with the biggest change being that the board now stays the same, which means you can now share the words you guessed to get to the answer with your friends and family!

What is the Dordle 47 Answer Today? (March 12th, 2022)
Here is how I solved the Dordle 47 words today. I started with the word ‘AUDIO’ which showed me there was an O in the first word and placed the U in the correct place for the second word. I then wanted to see if there were any E’s in the next word, so I guessed the word ‘PURSE’.
This placed the R in the correct place for the first word and placed the U and S in the correct positions in the second word and also showed me there was an E in the word. I then decided to see if I could place the E in the correct position for the second word and I made sure I used different letters from the ones used previously to see if I could reveal new letters in the word and so went with the word ‘FLESH’.
Looking at the first word, I now know the word starts with an F and has an R as the third letter and that there is an O in the word. It’s very likely the second letter is an O, which means I only need the last two letters, which are letters that have not been used yet, to make up the first word. I managed to get the answer to the first word of Dordle #47 on my next guess, which is…

This showed me there was a T in the second word, but not in the same position, but it had to be at the end which means the second word ended in ‘UEST’ and I just had to guess the first letter, but there are many possibilities of what it could be, with ‘GUEST’ being my next guess but was the wrong answer. I managed to get the answer to the second word of Dordle #47 on my sixth guess for the word, which is…
