Players can get their hands on the Travis Scott Fortnite skin in tonight’s Fortnite Item shop reset for the 21st/22nd April.
Epic Games announced the Fortnite X Travis Scott collaboration in a blog post yesterday, and the collaboration began today with the release of the Travis Scott Astronomical challenges. These challenges provide players with a free way of getting their hands on Travis Scott cosmetics.
Part of the collaboration also includes an event featuring the world premiere of a brand new track from Travis Scott. Usually, events like these destroy the Fortnite servers leaving a large number of the player base left viewing the event from a Twitch or YouTube live stream.
However, this time around, Epic Games have decided to have five different in-game shows for the Travis Scott Fortnite event with the first show beginning on Friday April 24th at 12 AM GMT+1.
The collaboration with Travis Scott, much like the other collaborations, includes new cosmetics that’ll be available to purchase in the Fortnite Item Shop including a Travis Scott Fortnite skin.
Travis Scott Fortnite Skin
On March 19th, we reported on a low quality leak which showcased what the Travis Scott Fortnite skin would look like. That leak ended up being what the final skin looks like. The actual Travis Scott Fortnite skin was leaked by Epic Games when the accidentally published the blog post announcing the collaboration earlier than scheduled.
The Travis Scott Fortnite skin is the latest addition to the Icon Series. The skin actually comes with a cool looking skin style as seen below. There’s also a Astro Jack Skin skin that also has an additional skin style. The set also includes a Cactus Jack and Astroworld back bling.

The price of the skin is likely going to be 1,500 V-Bucks, but we won’t know for sure until the shop resets tonight. The Astro Jack skin is likely to be the same price, and both of the skins could be part of a bundle to entice users to purchase them both.
If that’s not enough, there’ll also be a Diamond Jack pickaxe with the description “Astroworld’s Finest”. As you’re probably already aware by now, there’s also some free Fortnite cosmetics that can be acquired by completing the Astronomical Travis Scott challenges.
There’s three different cosmetics, one for each of the three challenges. There’s also one final cosmetic reward which you’ll unlock upon completing all of the challenges. The emote that you unlock is called “Rage”.
Once the Item Shop resets tonight, you’ll also find the Head Banger emote in the shop which is part of the Travis Scott set along with the Goosebumps wrap. There’s no information regarding how long these cosmetics will be available in the shop. However, it’s likely they’ll be available for the next few days through to Saturday or Sunday before the collaboration ends.
