Warzone Season 4 goes live later today, here’s everything you need to know ahead of the launch including the update file size, the release time, patch notes, and more.
The start of Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone season 4 are just a couple of hours away. The new season has a lot to offer with a brand new Rebirth Island map called Fortnite’s Keep alongside a brand new Battle Pass with 100 tiers of cosmetics and rewards.
As with all new seasons of Warzone and Vanguard, there will be new weapons to unlock, new multiplayer maps, and there are major changes to the Caldera map in season 4 including the return of a Verdank location, Storage town.
Before the start of a new season, players begin wondering about the warzone season 4 update size. Unfortunately, every new season brings a huge set of files that players will need to download in order to play.
If you’re like me, you need to manage your hard drive space and make room for the new Warzone season 4 update size.
With a bunch of new content on the way and the update now available to download, here’s how much space players will need to keep free on their PC or console in order to download the new 1.59 update.
How Big is the 1.59 Warzone Season 4 Update
The question on everyone’s mind is, how big is the 1.59 update. With just two hours to go until the new season is available, we now know what the file size is for season 4.
Unfortunately, we don’t know the size for Xbox or PC, but thanks to PlayStation users being able to preload Warzone season 4, we know that the file size of v1.59 is 21.2GB.
This is still a lot smaller than the 40 GB file size we had at the start of the current season, but it still requires many players to manage their hard drive space.
We’ll update this article as soon as knowing the file size to download season 4 on Xbox and PC.
