The Breakpoint Fortnite skin was leaked by dataminers some time ago and was featured in the season 9, week 10 loading screen for the Fortbyte loading screen challenge, so it was expected that the skin challenge pack would be releasing prior to the start of season 10.
The Breakpoint challenge pack is now available in New Zealand, which means the pack will be available worldwide for everyone tomorrow, 18th July. It’s likely that the pack will be available on the PlayStation and Microsoft stores first, followed shortly after by PC. Mobile platform usually are the last to see new packs in the Fortnite store tab, so keep that in mind tomorrow if you don’t see the starter pack.
