Apex Legends is not working on Steam and is stuck on the loading screen. Here is what we know.
This season, Newcastle was added to the Apex Games and we have learned that he is in fact the long lost brother of Bangalore. Bangalore had originally joined the Games to find out what had happened to her brother, but it looks like Jackson had moved on with his live and has a wife and kids. The reason for Jackson joining the Games was to save his village.
When his abilities were first leaked, it was thought that he would replace Lifeline in the games. As a Lifeline main, I still think she has her perks, although her kit definitely needs some sort of improvement!
Why am I Stuck on the Loading Screen in Apex Legends?
Steam players for Apex Legends have been reporting that there are issues with not being able to access the game as it is stuck on the loading screen. There is currently no announcement by Respawn as to why there are issues and so no estimated time as to when it will be fixed.
Players can try using Origin instead as there appears to be no issues on it.
UPDATE: It looks like the servers are slowly coming back online, so all you need to do is restart your game to hopefully resolve the issue.
UPDATE 2: The game has stopped working on Steam again and it appears as though the issues are with Steam as other games are also being affected. Try playing on Origin as there shouldn’t be any issues on there.
