Players are wondering how to play Fortnite’s Horde Rush limited-time game mode in 2023. Here’s everything you need to know including the list of Horde Rush quests.
Epic Games released the third major Fortnite update for chapter 4 season 4 today. The new patch introduced the popular Fortnitemares Halloween event.
As well as new items including the Wood Stake Shotgun and Thorne’s Vampiric Blade, and a few items returning from the vault including the pumpkin launcher, witch broom, and sanguine sweets.
It wouldn’t be a Fortnite holiday event without new cosmetics, and Epic hasn’t let us down with the new Halloween-themed skins that’ll be available this year.
There are four brand new Halloween-themed skins making their way into the item shop in the next couple of weeks including Seth, Bogstick, Phantom Meowscles, and Festival Phaedrea. Here’s a look at the skins:
We also have a few Halloween-themed collaboration skins. Disney’s Jack Skellingtom will be making its way into the item shop with a Santa Jack alt style.
Michael Myers will also arrive later in Fortnitemares 2023 along with Alan Wake. As with all upcoming skins, there’s no information on their exact release date.
As with last years Fortnitemares event, Epic Games are bringing back the Horde Rush LTM. In a team, players need to go to different locations and survive each horde of Cube Monsters.
You’ll need to survive until you beat the final boss. You can rack up your score by earning combos and collecting score multipliers.
Horde Rush Fortnite 2023 Quests
Here are all of the quests for Fortnite Horde Rush 2023:
- Earn a x40 KO Streak (1)
- Deal melee damage to Cube Monster Spawners (6,000)
- Update weapons at an upgrade bench in Horde Rush (5)
- Assist in collecting score multipliers (5)
- Assist in opening chests in Horde Rush (75)
- Help defeat the Boss in the final stage of Horde Rush (1)
- Hit headshots on Cube Monsters from at least 15 meters away (100)
- Eliminate CUbe mOnsters using explosives (200)
- Accumulate team points (1,000,000)
Fortnite Horde Rush 2023 Free Cosmetic Rewards
Horde Rush has its own set of Quests, available until the end of Fortnitemares! Complete individual Horde Rush Quests to earn XP, and complete certain amounts to earn new Locker items:
- Complete 1 Horde Rush Quest to earn the The Murk Wrap.
- Complete 4 Horde Rush Quests to earn the Heart-o-Lantern Emoticon.
- Complete 7 Horde Rush Quests to earn the Batwing Bonespike Pickaxe.
How to Play Horde Rush in Fortnite 2023 Code – Where is It
Since the Fortnite servers came back online after the v26.30 was released earlier today, players have been wondering how to play Horde Rush in Fortnite and whether an island code is needed to play Horde Rush in 2023.
In regards to where the Horde Rush LTM can be found and played, it will be in the Discover tab. However, it’s currently not available and there is no Horde Rush code in 2023 to access the map.
It’s not available to play due to an error that Epic is aware of. Here’s a tweet from Epic Games confirming there’s an issue with Horde Rush not working:
