New challenges has just gone live in Fortnite Battle Royale called ‘Welcome to Gotham City’ which have been added for the Fortnite x Batman collaboration. There are a total of six challenges to complete and you can see them all here. Completing these challenges will award you with different cosmetics and Battle Stars and they are only available for 10 days.
One of the challenges is to defuse Joker gas canisters found in different named locations and this article will show you all the locations of the Joker gas canisters to help you complete this challenge.
Joker Gas Canisters Fortnite Map Location Guide
Here is a map to show you the locations of some of the Joker gas canisters. We have also shown these gas canister locations in game below as well to help you find the exact location.
Pressure Plant Joker Gas Canister Location
Here is where the Joker gas canister is located in Pressure Plant. It can be found south of the POI:
Salty Springs Gas Canister Location
The Joker gas canister can be found north of the POI, where you can see a car on its side.
Pleasant Park Joker Gas Canister Location
The canister in Pleasant Park is very easy to locate as it is in the center and can be found next to the bench.
Shifty Shafts Joker Gas Canister Location
You can also find a gas canister inside Shifty Shafts:
Fatal Fields Joker Gas Canister Location
The Joker gas canister in Fatal Fields can be found in the barn near the middle of the POI:
Loot Lake Joker Gas Canister Location
The canister at Loot Lake can be found east of the POI, next to a grey car, as can be seen below:
Retail Row Joker Gas Canister Location
The canister in Retail Row can be found in front of the Taco shop, under the table and chairs, as seen below:
Moisty Palms Joker Gas Canister Location
You can also find a Joker gas canister in the middle of Moisty Palms. Here is where it is located:
Haunted Hills Gas Canister Location
You can also find a Joker gas canister at Haunted Hills by the stairs in the POI, as seen below:
In order to complete this challenge, you will need to defuse three gas canisters in different named locations. You will be able to hear a beeping sound coming from the canisters once you get closer to it and the beeping will get gradually get quicker.
The gas canister will eventually explode if you do not defuse it in time and you will not get any damage if you are next to the canister when this happens, however you will not have defused it and therefore will not have completed the challenge. Another gas canister will not spawn in the same match.
