Here are two small secret quests you can complete for additional XP in Fortnite Battle Royale.
Epic have been releasing small secret quests for players to complete for additional XP in Fortnite Battle Royale. These quests do not show up on the Challenge Table as the normal weekly challenges do and so there is no way of knowing these challenges exist until you do them yourself!
There have been a few of these secret quests that have been released already in Season 4, all of which can be seen by clicking here. Completing these quests will grant you additional XP, which will help you to level up in this seasons Battle Pass quickly. There are three secret missions that have been added in the v14.20 update and this post will show you how to complete two of these quests. To see how to complete the longer secret quest, click here.
Fortnite Season 4 Secret Challenge – Free XP
As previously mentioned, there are two easy secret quests that were added in the v14.20 update that took place earlier today and we will show you exactly what you need to do in order to complete it.
The Aftermath Free XP Secret Quest
For this challenge, you will need to go to the small island located in C1 of the map where the Lockie’s Lighthouse landmark is located. We have marked the exact location on the map below:
At the back of the hill, right at the edge of the map, you will see three gnomes lined up looking at the gnome holding a Super Slurp Juice sign as can be seen below:
In order to complete the Aftermath quest to get an additional 20,000 XP all you need to do is to pickaxe the gnome with the posters. As soon as you have done that, you will get a notification on the left side of your screen to show you have completed the quest and have been awarded 20,000 XP.
The Lair Free XP Secret Quest
The second secret mission you can complete is called the Lair. In order to complete this challenge, all you will need to do is find the Lair. This can be found in the Ghost House landmark located east of Weeping Woods, which has been marked on the map below:
Once you are in the Ghost House, you will need to go to the basement. Here is what the basement looks like once you are down the stairs:
You will see a vent on the side and in order to complete the quest you will need to enter the small room where you will find a gnome with Slurp posters plastered on the wall and a map, as can be seen below:
