Here’s how and where to construct a wooden hatchery in Fortnite week 7.
Prior to the v17.20 Fortnite update that dropped yesterday, we hadn’t had a major patch update for just under a month. We did have content updates two weeks in a row with new alien tech being introduced along with a new character and a mythic weapon.
In yesterday’s update, we didn’t get a lot of new content. We got the preferred item slots and some small map changes, but we do have a v17.21 update scheduled for next week. In the v17.20 update, data-miners leaked some the upcoming challenges, both legendary and epic, for week 7 and week 8 for season 7.
One of the challenges this week requires players to construct a wooden hatchery. Here’s how and where to construct a wooden hatchery in Fortnite season 7.
Construct a wooden hatchery in Fortnite
Most players might not know where exactly to construct a wooden hatchery in Fortnite. There are a total of three known locations where this challenge can be completed, but you only need to do it once in order to finish the challenge.
One of the locations is east of Catty Corner. Here’s the locations marked on the map:
You’ll have to enter the small wooden building and you’ll find an outline in order to construct the wooden hatchery as shown below:
In order to actually construct a wooden hatchery in Fortnite, you simply need to get close enough to the outline and use your interact button.
The other location to complete this is south of Slurpy Swamp and the small island north-west of Craggy Cliffs. Here are the two other locations marked on the map:
It shouldn’t take you more than a minute to complete this challenge, but these construct wooden hatchery locations might be highly contested with numerous players landing at the locations in order to complete the challenge.
