We’ve had Fortnite challenges release on Thursdays in pretty much every season of Fortnite Battle Royale is memory serves me correctly. However, with the launch of chapter 2 season 6, the challenges for week 1 were release on the first day of the season as usual.
This is something that’s happened for the release of every season with new seasons releasing on a Tuesday most of the time. However, the challenges then go back to releasing every Thursday, but it looks like that’s changed in season 6.
The Fortnite chapter 2 season 6 week 2 challenges are already live. The Epic challenges are available to complete, however, it looks like the Legendary challenge for week 2 is yet to be released. One of the Epic challenges requires players to tame a boar. Here’s how to tame one in Fortnite along with the location of where to find Boars on the Fortnite season 6 map.
Tame a boar in Fortnite
The best way to tame a boar in Fortnite is to first craft a Hunter’s Cloak. This will allow you to get close to the boar without it attacking you. Once you have the Hunter’s Cloak crafted, which requires 2 bones and one set of meat, look for a boar.
The location of boars can be almost anywhere on the Fortnite map, but if you head to Colossal Crops, you should find some on the west side of the new location.
Simply walk up to the boar and you should see an interact button where you can tame it. It will stop taming the boar if it moves, however, eventually they’ll stand still and you’ll be able to successfully tame the boar.
