When you complete the challenges for the week, you will unlock the Road Trip Challenges. There are seven Road Trip Challenges and completing them will unlock a different loading screen. The loading screens for weeks 5 and 6 have been leaked by @TwoEpicBuddies and can be seen below:

These loading screens actually have clues of where the hidden Battle Star can be found on the Fortnite map. These will only become visible to players that have unlocked the loading screen, so you need to make sure all challenges have been completed.
We will be revealing the locations of the Battle Stars when they can be found in-game. The challenges are released every Thursday, which is when we will reveal the location for the fifth Road Trip loading screen.
There are only seven Road Trip Challenges and there will be a skin that will be awarded to players that can complete all seven challenges. It had not yet been revealed what the skin will be, but we will let you know as soon as it is available.
