Epic Games have released different ways in which players can earn themselves free Fortnite cosmetics including in tournaments, normal challenges, community challenges, and the refer a friend program.
We’ve had different iterations of the refer a friend Fortnite program and Epic have released another form of the program with brand new cosmetics for players to earn for free.
Here’s everything you need to know about the new program including how and where to sign up, what free cosmetics are available, and how to earn the cosmetics.
How to sign up to Fortnite Refer a Friend
In order to sign up, players will need to visit the official website which you can find here. You’ll need to log in to the website using your Epic Games account in order to participate.
How to get the free Rainbow Racer Fortnite skin
There are a number of cosmetics players can unlock for free from the refer a friend program. Here are the rewards:
- Loading Screen
- Wrap
- Glider
- Pickaxe
- Skin
Here’s a look at all of the rewards:
In order to unlock the wrap, players need to add a friend. Play one game with that friend to earn the wrap. Place to 10 3 times with that friend to earn the glider and eliminate 10 opponents to unlock the pickaxe.
In order to unlock the Rainbow Racer Fortnite skin for free, players will need to gain 60 levels on your own and wait for your friend to gain 60 levels. It’ll take time to complete this challenge, but it’s worthwhile considering you’ll get the Rainbow Racer outfit for free.
Players have until November 14th to complete these challenges and the player you refer must have played less than 120 minutes of the core Fortnite Battle Royale mode in the last 30 days.
