A new Quordle word puzzle is available to complete. Here are our hints, tips, and answers for Quordle 72, released on April 6th, 2022.
Quordle is the most popular daily word puzzle game outside of Wordle. It was the third or fourth-word game that was released as a result of Wordle’s success.
The game didn’t actually take inspiration from Wordle, the creator, Freddie Myer, decided to create Quordle after seeing an article mentioning Dordle, a game that did take inspiration from Wordle.
Dordle tasks players with guessing two words instead of one, and Quordle doubles that with players tasked with guessing four five-letter words in nine attempts or less.
Like Wordle, the tiles will change once a player submits a guess. They’ll change to either green, yellow, or grey depending on whether the letters in the guessed word are in the chosen words for that day.
A new Quordle puzzle is released each day at midnight local time. There’s also a practice mode that allows players to play as many puzzles as they want. However, none of the puzzles in practice mode will count towards your score or win streak.

Hint 3: Word 1 – small sap-sucking insects.
Hint 4: Word 2 – a widely distributed evergreen shrub
Hint 5: Word 3 –the action or fact of dying or being killed
Hint 6: Word 4 – lose blood from the body
