There are new levels that are still being released and we will do our best to create the walkthroughs/guides to help you complete the sections you may be stuck on as quickly as possible. This article will show you how to complete the ninth level of the game, which is called Antique District.
Tricky Doors Walkthrough Level 9 – Antique District
Here is our Tricky Doors Walkthrough Level 9 Guide:
To get access to the ninth episode or level, you will need to complete the first eight, which we have done full detailed guides for and you can see by clicking on the following links:
- Level 1 – Magic World
- Level 2 – Secluded Island
- Level 3 – Locked Apartment
- Level 4 – Floating Islands
- Level 5 – Amusement Park
- Level 6 – Museum
- Level 7 – Hospital
- Level 8 – Theatre
Tricky Doors have names for the different levels and the ninth one is called Antique District. Once you have clicked to play this level, you will see the following information:
“Enjoy the coziness of a quiet street lined with antique shops, just not for too long. This magical world does not hide its witchcraft charm, but for you it was and is strange. You need to find a way out. It is hardly hiding behind an ordinary door…“
Once you click on ‘play’ you will be transported to the first room of the antique district, which is in the street. There are a few objects you can collect straight away, which are:
- Palette and screwdriver – found at the easel in front of the shop on the right. Collect the palette first and the screwdriver will be under it.
- Handle – this can be found in flowers of the flowerpot hanging on the shop on the left side.
- Metal bar – you need to use the screwdriver on the bars on the flower pot to get this item.
- Keys – you need to use the metal bar on the drain under the flower pot. This will first bend the bar to create a hook, which you can then use on the drain again to get the keys.

This key can be inserted to the postbox on the door on the left side and you will need to click on it again to unlock a mini-game. The aim of the game is to pull the centerpiece down to open the lock.
Unfortunately, this puzzle is different for everyone so I cannot give you a step-by-step guide on how to complete it, but what I did was get the left side of the lock clear by bringing them over to the right side. I then moved the red block all the way to the left and as far down as it would go.
The next thing I did was move all the smaller pipes at the top of the red block and across to the left side. This helped to move the bigger pipes on the right side, clearing a path for the red block to move easily to the end goal and finish the puzzle.
Here is the positioning of the pipes, which cleared the path for the end:
Once the puzzle has been completed, you will be able to collect a mysterious letter and underneath there is a handle which you need to attach to the right side straight away as you cannot add it to your inventory.
You can also collect an eiffel tower and newspaper from the same place, emptying the postbox. The door is still locked, but the key is in the hole. In order to get it, you will need to slide the newspaper under the door.
If you go back to the top, you can now use the screwdriver to push the key through. If you go back to the bottom of the door, you can click on the newspaper to bring it forward and you can collect the key.

Placing the key into the lock will make you play a mini-game where you need to rotate the key to line up the pins and open the lock.
It looks like the puzzle is the same for everyone and is very simple to solve. All you need to do it click the right arrow twice and the up arrow once.
You will now have unlocked the door successfully and are in an antique store. There are a few items you can collect, which are:
- Great sphinx – located on the red table on the left. There are two objects you need to move which will then let you get the sphinx from behind.
- Kettle – on the right side of the room you will find it near the cash register.
- Valve – use the screwdriver on the valve of the samovar, which is the contraption next to where the kettle was found. This will add it to your inventory.
- Matches – if you tip over the middle cup on the fireplace, you will get this item.
- Lamp – on the desk at the back of the room there is a music player you need to close and the lamp will be behind it.
- Loudspeaker – found on top of the doll hanging from the ceiling in the middle of the room.
- Poker – leaning on the fireplace on the right side.
Here is where all of these items are located in the image below:

You can put the palette with the picture in the room and you can use the matches on the lamp in your inventory to light it. These objects will be needed later.
The next thing to do is to go in to the street again and you can use the poker to lift the cover of the hatch in the middle of the road. The lamp can be placed inside here and you can then see the statue of liberty on the left side, which you can add to your inventory.
When you click to go down the hole, there is a mini-game to play. In order to start the mini-game, you need to add the valve to the middle and the aim of the game is to set the time on the sensors so that the steam system brings the ball to the red platform below.
The puzzle appears to be the same for everyone, so here is the solution:
Once you have put the timers to the ones shown in the image above, simply click on the valve and watch the ball reach the end and solve the mini-game.
It will also show you the water fountain now works, and you can use the kettle on the fountain to fill it with water.
If you go back into the shop, you can use the poker to move the embers in the fireplace and you can then pour the water over the fire. You can now collect big ben and a key from the fireplace safely.

The next step is to go back to the street and click on the door for the shop on the right. You can use the key on the door but there is a puzzle you need to complete in order to unlock it, where you need to arrange the chips according to the hint.
Unfortunately, the pieces are in different positions for different players so we cannot give you a step-by-step guide on how to complete it, but we found the best way to complete it was by placing them in order of blue, green, red and then yellow. Once you have completed it, you will be able to go through to the next shop.
Here you can get a broom from the cabinet on the right and a piece of paper from the table at the back. The broom can be used in the street on the sign of other shop as there is a key hanging from the side.
This key can be used on the chest in the antique shop, which will unlock a mini-game where you need to move the elements to connect all the rays.
Unfortunately, the starting positions of the elements are different for every player, but here is what it looks like when it is completed:

The chest will then open and you can get a disc record and a remi crystal from it. There are a total of four remi crystals that need to be found before they can be used.
There is a glass cabinet on the left side of the fireplace and you can open the door by using the poker on it. The record, loudspeaker and handle can then be added to it and you can then add the gramophone to your inventory.
You will now need to go to the other shop and you can use the gramophone on the snakes. You will need to turn the handle on the gramophone for it to play a tune, which will put the snakes to sleep.
If you look in the container with the snakes, you can now retrieve a gem, flower sprout and you can also look at a note which shows that you need to add something to the flower to make it blossom.
Tricky Doors Walkthrough Level 9 Continued…
You will need to go back to the antique shop and put the gem on the suit of armor arm. This will open up its hand, revealing a key. This key can now be used on the box on the wall on the right in the other shop.
This will unlock another mini-game, where the aim is to move the crystals so that they occupy the holes when the boards are aligned. Again, this puzzle is not the same for everyone and your solution may be different from ours, but here is how we arranged the gems to complete our puzzle.
Once the cabinet has been opened, you can get a rami crystal from the top shelf. You will need to keep clicking on the top shelf to move them out the way so you can get the teal potion.
If you go to the back and click on the table, you can add the the flower sprout to the number 5 pot. The potion can then be added to it to make a magic flower.
You will now need to click on the purple curtain at the back of the room and add the magic flower to it so you can play the mini-game. The aim of the game is to arrange the pots in the correct positions according to the numbers on the cabinet.
This puzzle has different numbers for everyone, so we cannot give you a step-by-step guide on how to complete it, but here is the solution to our puzzle if you have the same:
Tricky Doors Walkthrough Level 9 Continued…
Once completed, you will get another rami crystal leaving only one to be found.
On the table at the back of the same room, there is a cage that has a three digit lock on it. The lock shows the colours yellow, red and blue on it. Around the whole of the antique district, there have been paintings and pictures of mice in different colours and this is the answer to the combination.
The combination will be different again so you will need to find the number of mice around to unlock it. The combination for us was 623. It looks like there are 11 mice you need to count around the different rooms.
Once you have solved the lock combination, you will be given different colours mice and these can then be used on the cat in the antique shop to make the cat move and you can add the crystal ball to your inventory.
You have to go back to the magic shop and add the crystal ball to the red table in the right corner. This will unlock another mini-game where you need to choose cards to compose a symbol inside the ball.
There are two cards that will make the symbol in the ball, which should be pretty easy to complete. This will then unlock the box on the side which will have the opera sydney house in it.
You also need to put the paper on the orb, which will make a landscape that is then added to your inventory.
Tricky Doors Walkthrough Level 9 Continued…
Now you can go the street and click on the stone at the back. Here you can add the five famous landmarks to the bottom, which will unlock another game.
You need to use the buttons to rotate the landmarks so they are in the correct country on the map. Here is where they are situated if you need help:
A drawer will unlock underneath where you will now have the last rami crystal and a brush.
You can now go back to the antique shop and add the rami crystals, brush and landscape to the painting and now you need to paint the image according to the hint, which is the landscape.
You need to be careful where you paint as you need to get it to look like the landscape image. The colours you need to mix are:
- Purple – red and blue
- Light blue – blue and white
- Pink – red and and white
- Green – yellow and blue
You will also need to use the blue, red and yellow in the painting.
Once you have completed the painting, you will have completed level 9 of Tricky Doors!
