Every week, new challenges are released in Fortnite Battle Royale and the challenges for Season 7, Week 5 have been leaked.
A new set of challenges are released every week in Fortnite Battle Royale, where three of the seven challenges can be completed by Free Pass players and the remaining four can only be completed by players that have purchased the Battle Pass. Here are the leaked challenges for Season 7, Week 5:

- Deal damage to opponent’s structures (5000)
- Dance on top of a:
- Water Tower
- Ranger Tower
- Air Traffic Control Tower
- Eliminate an opponent from closer than 5m away (3)
Battle Pass Challenges
- Suppressed weapon eliminations (3)
- Search Chests at Wailing Woods or Paradise Palms (7)
- Search between a Giant Rock Man, a Crowned Tomato and an Encircled Tree (1)

- Polar Peak
- Fatal Fields
- Tomato Temple
- Loot Lake
- Snobby Shores
The challenges for this week are quite straightforward and simple to complete, however, we will be showing the locations for some of these challenges on a map so it will be quicker for you to complete.
Dealing damage to opponent’s structures will be an easy challenge to complete as there are many ways in which to destroy structures. The most recent item added to Fortnite, the Boom Box, is a very easy way to deal damage to structures.
Eliminating opponents at a close range is a challenge that hasn’t been seen yet, however, it should be a fairly simple challenge to complete, especially at the start of the match, as long as you get a weapon quickly.
There are a couple of suppressed weapons you can use in order to complete the suppressed weapons eliminations challenge. Players will be required to get three eliminations in order to complete the challenge.
Chests should be easy to find in both Wailing Woods and Paradise Palms if you know the map quite well. Reddit user Z444Z has created a map which shows how many chests you can find on the map. There should be 12 chests to find in Wailing Woods and 23 in Paradise Palms. You can search chests in either location in order to complete the challenge and you only need to search seven in order to complete the challenge.
Landing in different POI’s will also be an easy challenge to complete and shouldn’t take long to do as you can land at the required POI for every match when you drop in.
We will be showing the locations for the “Dance on top of..” and “Search between..” challenges as soon as the challenges have gone live.
As with all leaks, anything could change as these challenges have not gone live yet. We will be posting the official challenges as soon as they are available.
