Fortnite have just announced that the Gifting feature is back for a limited time.
Epic had released the Gifting feature in Fortnite in the past where players would be able to gift their friends any item available in the Fortnite Item Shop. Players are able to personalise the gifts they send with a message and are able to choose what color ribbon they want for the gift. You can see an example of the gifting feature below:
Epic have just announced that the Gifting feature has returned for a limited time, although the exact time it will be available has not been specified.

You can gift a total of three friends in a 24 hour period and you can only gift players that have been in your friends list for at least 48 hours. If players don’t want to receive gifts from others, you can disable the option to receive gifts under the account settings tab in-game.
Remember this feature is only available for a limited time so gift your friends while you still can!
