There are three new challenges that you can complete in Fortnite for Travis Scott’s Astronomical Event and completing each challenge will award you with an exclusive cosmetic. Once you have completed all three challenges you will be given another reward.
These challenges are only available for a limited time, so it’s best to complete the challenges as soon as possible so that you can claim the exclusive rewards before the event ends. One of the challenges is to dance for 10s on the dance floor at The Yacht or Apres Ski and this article will show you how and where to complete this challenge.
Fortnite dance for 10s on the dance floor at The Yacht or Apres Ski Challenge
This challenge is quite easy to complete once you know where the dance floors are located. The challenge only requires you to dance at either the Yacht or Apres Ski. The Yacht is a named location on the map and was added at the start of the season. Since Week 7, Deadpool has taken over the Yacht and is easier to spot with the Deadpool decorations.
Fortnite The Yacht Dance Floor Location
The Yacht is marked on the map and can be found at H1 of the grid. There are a few floors to the Yacht and you can find the dance floor located in the middle, where the Midas statue is. Once you land on the deck, you can go down the stairs to the dance floor. Here is what it looks like in-game:
To complete the challenge, simply dance on the floor for at least 10 seconds. It might be quite densely populated as many players will be trying to complete the Travis Scott Astronomical Challenges, so it may be best to complete it at Apres Skis or in the Team Rumble mode.
Fortnite Apres Ski Dance Floor Location
Apres Ski is not marked on the Fortnite map as it is a Landmark, however it can be found on on the hill located southwest of Misty Meadows and we have marked the exact location on the map below:
When you land at Apres Ski, simply enter the building at the front and then you will find the dance floor in the right corner of the building. Here is what it looks like in-game:
It may be easier for you to complete the challenge at Apres Ski as it is more likely to be free of any players.
