The first shot accuracy reset was added in v3.6, which unfortunately caused a delay when going from hip-fire to aiming. Epic will be pushing a hotfix to revert back to the v3.6 accuracy. They will be addressing the crouch/ uncrouch in a future update separately.
There was also an issue with one of the challenges in Week 10. When skydiving through the floating rings, they were not being registered. Epic will be issuing a hotfix to improve the blue rings, and the purple rings have been improved, however it is not guaranteed that credit will be granted.
To increase the likelyhood of registering the skydive, aim for the center of the ring.
