The location of Fortbyte 64 is given away by the name of the challenge. It can be found on top of a Stunt Mountain and is only accessible whilst players are using the Rox skin.
The Rox skin is part of the Fortnite Season 9 Battle Pass and is one of two skins unlocked right away. (Check out our YouTube video at the bottom of the post).

Here’s Fortbyte 64- Accessible by Rox on top of the Stunt Mountain in-game. The Fortbyte can be found near the elevation sign from the Season 8 challenge. Be ready to grab a weapon, a lot of players will be dropping on the mountain to complete the challenge as quickly as possible.
