The loading screen for the Snowfall Challenge week 4 has been released. Here is the location of the hidden banner.
Epic Games have introduced the Snowfall Challenges in Season 7 where players unlock new loading screens for completing the weekly challenges. Players must complete all challenges for the week in order to unlock the different screens and the screens unlock in the same order for everyone, regardless of the weeks challenges completed.
The loading screens contain a clue as to where a hidden object can be found and awarded to players that manage to find the hidden location. The hidden object alternates between a hidden Battle Star and a banner.

As you can tell, the hidden banner can be located in the snow biome and from the buildings, you can see that the POI (point of interest) in which this loading screen takes place in is Happy Hamlet.
This location was added to Fortnite in Season 7 and from the image above, you can see the clock tower is right in the middle of the new POI and in the loading screen, you can see that a building on the right is where the banner will be located.

Remember the banner will only be visible to players that have unlocked the loading screen, so you must ensure the screen in unlocked and in your inventory before travelling to this location to find the banner.
