Epic Games have released the notes for the V5.0 content update. Yesterday, Epic updated their in-game news tab to announce a new SMG was coming to the game with a fast rate of fire and improved mobility.

- Tactical SMG has been added to the Vault.
- Semi-Auto Sniper Rifle damage increased to 75/78 from 63/66.
