New season, new challenges. Although the Fortnite challenge system hasn’t really changed from last season or the seasons before it, we do have battle stars back in the game. They don’t quite work like back in chapter 1, but it does change up the battle pass system.
Players can unlock the cosmetics in whatever order they choose so long as they have the requirements to do so. Battle Stars are used to unlock cosmetics in the battle pass instead of leveling up.
There’s still a leveling system and each level provides players with Battle Stars. The only change to the quest system this season is for the legendary quests. Players now complete different challenges for the legendary quest stages instead of increasing the quality of the challenge goal for each stage.
One of the legendary quests / challenges requires players to place rubber ducks in Retail Row, Pleasant Park, and Believer Beach. Here are all the locations of where you can place rubber ducks in Fortnite chapter 2 season 7.
Place Rubber Ducks in Retail Row
At each location, you need to place just one rubber duck. That means there’s only one location where you can find and place rubber ducks in Retail Row.
When you’re close to a location where you can place rubber ducks in Fortnite, you’ll see the outline of the rubber duck. The location of where to place rubber ducks in Retail Row can be found on the south side of the location.
You can place on in the basketball court on the right side of the court near the pay found. Here’s the exact map location:
Rubber Ducks Pleasant Park
Next up is Pleasant Park. You will find the rubber duck on the east side of the popular named location. It’ll be at the gas station outside next to one of the gas pumps. Here’s the map location:
Believer Beach Fortnite Rubber Ducks Location
You’ll find the location of where to place a rubber duck in Believer Beach on the north side of the newly renamed location. You’ll find it by the pool at the location marked below.
