Epic Games have officially announced their collaboration with Disney+ (Disney Plus).
In the v14.50 Fortnite update that was released earlier in the week, data-miners leaked that Epic Games will be provided 2 months of free Disney+ for any V-Bucks or real life purchases.
However, the link that was posted by data-miners wasn’t live at the time it was leaked, and there was no information in regards to when the promotion would go live. Epic have just announced the Fortnite x Disney Plus collaboration, and here’s everything you need to know.
Disney Plus x Fortnite
Epic Games and Disney have taken advantage of the fact that this season is Marvel-themed. The announcement blog of the collaboration states it’s the perfect way to watch and rewatch your favourite Marvel movies as the season draws to a close with an expect end date of November 30.
Beginning November 10th at 7 PM ET through December 31st, 2020, you can get 2 months of Disney+ for free when you purchase V-Bucks or make any real money purchase in Fortnite. However, if players purchased anything with real-money from November 6th at 10 AM onward, you’re still eligible.
This offer is only available to new Disney+ subscribers aged 18+ only. There’s a number of countries and regions this is not available in including France, Japan, the Middle East, Latin America, Korea, Turkey, and Russia.
Any quantity of V-Bucks will count towards being eligible for this promotion. However, purchases made using V-Bucks are not eligible.
