The new Glow Skin and Levitate Emote can be redeemed for free by Samsung players in Fortnite Battle Royale. Here are all of the devices that are eligible for the promotion and here’s how to get these cosmetics.

Epic have worked with Samsung in the past to bring exclusive cosmetics for Galaxy users, with the iKONIC Skin and the Scenario Emote being the latest. Only users of the Galaxy S10e, S10, S10+ and S10 were eligible to claim both the Skin and the Emote for free.

These exclusive Galaxy cosmetics can no longer be redeemed, but if you had claimed these cosmetics before the promotion ended, you will keep these and you can find them in your locker.

What Devices are Eligible to Redeem the Fortnite Glow Skin?

A brand new promotion is now available for many Samsung Galaxy owners where you can redeem the Glow Skin and Levitate Emote for free! Here is a list of all of the devices that are eligible for this promotion:

How to Redeem the Fortnite Glow Skin and Levitate Emote

If you have any of the devices mentioned above, you will be able to claim the Skin and the Emote for free. If you are feeling generous, you can even gift them to a friend! Here are the steps on how to redeem the cosmetics:

  1. Download and launch Fortnite from the Galaxy Store or Galaxy Game Launcher on your qualifying Samsung Galaxy device.
  2. Sign in to your Epic Games account or sign up for a new Epic Games account.
  3. Go to the Store. The Fortnite GLOW outfit should appear in the Store under Limited Time Offers. Tap on it. Make sure your store is set to Samsung in Settings > Account > Content > Android Store Selection.
  4. A notice will pop up asking you to register a credit card, if you have not done so already. Click Next on the pop-up and register a credit card (your card will not be charged).
  5. Tap the Fortnite GLOW outfit again to choose the option to redeem the outfit and emote for yourself, or gift it to a friend, by 12/31/19. 2FA will need to be enabled for Gifting.
  6. Your Fortnite GLOW outfit will be available in your LOCKER. You will also receive the Levitate emote as part of this redemption process.

NOTE: You will need an Epic Games account and have Fortnite installed on your device. You will also need to have the most current updates install on you device before trying to redeem the Glow Skin and Levitate Emote. You will also only be granted one Glow Skin per device.

UPDATE: Try the following steps as it has worked for some players. We will update this article if more information is released by either Epic or Samsung.

UPDATE 2: The Glow Skin has apparently been temporarily removed from the store due to errors of players not being able to claim/redeem the skin. More details click here.

Close the Fortnite game. Go to your Android settings, go to apps, find the Galaxy Store app. Press force stop, scroll down to storage, press on Clear Cache.

For those who can’t see the glow skin, try the following and let me know if it works:

You need to have a credit/debit/paypal account linked to your samsung billing. Otherwise it won’t show up.

On the note 9 there is no way to change the store selection in settings…I’ve seen many people with the same issue on the samsung forums with no official response yet…hope they resolve this soon…

You can change store settings. I have same phone. Get on fortnite go to settings then at the far right theres a figure of a person click on that and it’s right below your redemption tickets for something you didnt mean to purchase.
Mine set on the correct settings but it is still not in the store on my phone.

I have a note 8 at first it was reading an error message and nothing was available in store. Not even v bucks. I read how to do it one more time updated my device logged back in and boom NO GLOW SKIN just the batman pack as well as the robot banana. The iKONIK skin is supposed to be gone, so it must be a glitch. The only thing Samsung recommend is uninstalling then reinstalling the game, but it doesn’t work.

I have the s10e. Worked for me finally. I wasn’t seeing it at first. I did all what people were saying in this discussion. Gave it about 15 minutes. I was opening it with galaxy app store but I finally decided to go through game launcher and it was there. And the levitation thingy too. maybe if you’re still not seeing it and you haven’t gone through game launcher, try that. ‍♀️‍♀️
