Season 4 has brought many changes, not only with new locations added to the map and changes to existing POI’s, but also the addition of Blockbuster Challenges. The Blockbuster Challenges are:
- Complete any 7 challenges to earn the reward item (7)
- Complete all of the challenges in 2 different weeks (2)
- Complete all of the challenges in 3 different weeks (3)
- Complete all of the challenges in 4 different weeks (4)
- Complete all of the challenges in 5 different weeks (5)
- Complete all of the challenges in 6 different weeks (6)
- Complete all of the challenges in 7 different weeks (7)

Once you have completed Week 1 Challenges, you will unlock a new loading screen, but pay close attention to the image, as there is a hidden item.
Reddit user Bfor45, has highlighted the area where you can see a Battle Star on the loading screen:
This Battle Star is located in the prison area and will only appear once 7 challenges have been completed and as it is the first week of Season 4, players must complete all of the challenges so far. You will be rewarded with 10 stars once you have interacted with the Battle Star located on the north-east tower, shown in the image below, by Reddit user rhuanvcsantiago:

You have to complete 7 normal weekly challenges. The first Blockbuster Challenge is to complete 7 Challenges. Hope this clears it up!
I picked up the Star after completing all of week ones challenges and got nothing for it no tier rank or nothing.
