Fortnite have just teased their new collaboration with Avengers.
Epic Games have just teased that they will be partnering up with Avengers again by posting the following teaser on all of their social media accounts. They had also added the description, “Whatever it takes. 4.25.19, #FortniteXAvengers” They have not revealed what the collaboration will entail, but it possible we could see some Avenger skins.
Fortnite have partnered with Avengers franchise in the past and in the previous collaboration, the Infinity Gauntlet LTM (Limited Time Mode) was released, where players could play as Thanos.
Early on in this game mode, a meteor would land in the storm safe zone and deliver the Infinity Gauntlet. Players that use the Gauntlet would transform into Thanos and would have four different abilities.
- Ability 1 – A mighty punch that knocks enemies back and destroys structures.
- Ability 2 – Thanos flies towards the ground, hitting an area for knockback and damage.
- Ability 3 – Harness the energy of the Power stone to fire a blast that deals damage over time.
- Ability 4 – A super-jump that can vault Thanos over all but the largest obstructions.
We could see this LTM make a return for this new collaboration, but it has not been confirmed as yet. Data-miners have seen some changes being made to the Infinity Gauntlet LTM in the past couple of updates, so it is highly likely it will return.
The Avengers Endgame movie will be released on 26th April in the US.
