The V5.21 update went live today and it looks like data-miners have been digging into the files to see what has been added. @FNBRLeaks has found the files relating to this LTM, which is called Velocity. This is the same as the Soaring 50’s LTM that has been added to Fortnite Battle Royale today, but they are in different folders, as can be seen below:
Velocity is a high-mobility limited time mode. Gliders can be re-deployed when falling from large heights. Extra Impulse Grenades, Bounce Pads and ATKs will be spawned throughout the map. The storms move twice as fast. Get in and get moving!
@MystxcLeaks has shown the files that indicate Velocity will be available in Solo, Duos and Squads:
There has not been any official announcement by Epic about this, but these files were found by data-miners. This does note necessarily mean that the LTM will be coming to Fortnite, but there is a possibility. We will keep you updated with any new information.
