Epic made a suprise announcement today, announcing a High stakes event coming next week that’ll include a getaway LTM, a Wild Card outfit, and High Stakes challenges. According to leaker @tapohiFL, the Wild Card outfit might be customizable.

Although there was no mention from the leaker of what might be customizable, looking at the teaser we got out the outfit, it’s most likely the mask will be customizable, but it’s unknown how these different icons will be unlocked. It’s possible that they’ll be unlocked after completing all of the High Stakes challenges and then gaining XP to unlock each one, or they’ll simply all be unlocked once you complete all the challenges.
The challenges are expected to go live sometime next week, with the likelihood of them going live on Thursday, when the Week 9 Challenges go live. However, we’ll probably know more about the challenges in the v5.4.0 update when all the new files will be datamined.
NOTE: This is all speculation, nothing has been confirmed.
Update: Fortnite posted an image on their Instagram story which suggests the icon on the mask AND the suit color will be customizable.
