Epic dropped the v6.22 update today which included a new LTM called ‘Team Terror’ and the Heavy Assault Rifle, a gun that is most useful when fired in short bursts. The gun can be found in treasure chests, vending machines, supply drops and floor loot. There are three variants of the gun, Rare, Epic and Legendary and you can see the stats of the weapon below:
Heavy Assault Rifle
Rare variant damage: 44
Epic variant damage: 46
Legendary variant damage: 48
Fire rate: 3.75
Magazine Size: 25

Judging by the footage, it looks like this is a powerful weapon up, at the start of the video, the player deals 192 damage to the head, meaning you’ll be able to one shot people the majority of the time. It’s possible Epic might make some changes to the weapon if they receive enough feedback stating the gun is too overpowered.
