Another week has come by and with it, a new set of challenges.
Here are the official challenges for Season 5, Week 3:
Free Challenges
- Deal damage to opponents in a single match (500)
- Use a Launchpad (1)
- Follow the treasure map found in Flush Factory (HARD) (1)
Battle Pass Challenges
- Search chests in Fatal Fields (7)
- Shoot a Clay Pigeon at different locations (5)
- Eliminate opponents in Haunted Hills (5)
- Explosive weapon eliminations (HARD) (3)
Epic have changed the layout of the challenges this season, where there are now three Free Pass challenges and four Battle Pass challenges, unlocked every week. There are also some new challenges this season called the Road Trip Challenges, which replaces the Blockbuster Challenges that were introduced in Season 4. These challenges can only be unlocked by Battle Pass players and all that needs to be done to complete these challenges is to complete a full weeks worth of challenges to unlock a loading screen. Even though the Road Trip Challenges are only for Battle Pass players, you will still need to complete the Free Pass Challenges in order to complete the week.
The loading screens have a hidden Battle Star on it, which hints at the location of the Battle Star that can be found in Fortnite. The Battle Star will only be visible to players that have completed all the challenges for the week and have unlocked the loading screen themselves. When you find the Battle Star, simply interact with it to get a full tier.
We will be releasing guides to help you complete the challenges for this week, along with a cheat sheet that will be outlining all the challenges on one map.
Once you have completed all the challenges for Week 3, you will unlock loading screen #3 for the Road Trip challenge. You can see the location of the hidden Battle Star in the article below:
