When the v5.0 Fortnite update was available, the Power Grip and the Pointer pickaxes were found in the files, but they had not been released. Normally when cosmetics have been leaked, we see them make an appearance in the Fortnite Item Shop, unless they are exclusives. Both of these pickaxes were not seen in the shop, and Reddit user wildwind98 has confirmed that these pickaxes are in fact exclusive to WeGame Fortnite:

Wildwind98 has explained how these pickaxes can be unlocked in China:
You will have to watch Fortnite stream on Huya and Douyu. Two pickaxes, two stream platforms. 30 mins game time and 1 hour stream watch time/day for 3 days. You still have time before September 17th if I remember correctly.
The WeGame Fortnite is the Chinese version of the game and has only recently been launched and it looks like they get the Battle Pass for free, as well as exclusive items. They cannot currently purchase V-Bucks or the Save the World mode of Fortnite yet and it is unclear if this will be available to them in the future.
