We had previously mentioned the files containing the potential Backpack items that could be added in Fortnite in the future and we have now datamined the models of the Intel Backpack and the Medic Backpack as seen below:
Intel Backpack
The Intel Backpack seems to be similar to the Eye of the Storm Backpack item that was accidentally released in the V4.2 Content Patch as it will allow players to see the nxt storm. The description for this item reads:
“Find the Eye of the Storm, and reveal nearby loot and enemies!”

Medic Backpack
The description of the Medic Backpack reads:
“Carry your allies to victory with this advanced life saving equipment!”
