Here’s the location of the Ghost town where you’ll need to search a chest in for one of the Fortnitemares challenges.
The Fortnitemares 2019 event is now live in-game which includes the Storm King LTM, challenges and rewards. There’s challenges for the Battle Royale game mode as well as the Creative mode.
There’s a total of 6 challenges for the Fortnitemares challenges, and one of the challenges requires players to search a chest in different locations on the map. These locations have been redesigned for the Fortnitemares event, but were already on the map prior to the update.
We covered the location of the haunted forest, and in this guide, we’ll be covering the location of the Ghost Town on the map. We’ve linked the other locations at the bottom of the post.
Where to search a chest in a Ghost Town Fortnite Location
Similar to the haunted forest, the ghost town is a location that was already on the map but has been redesigned for the event.
This location was a little more difficult to predict where it would be. With the haunted forest, it was quite obvious Epic would redesign the location as the haunted forest, but the Ghost Town wasn’t as obvious.
Unlike the other locations for this Fortnitemares challenges, the Ghost Town location is NOT at a named location, it’s a landmark location instead. This one took us quite some time to find, so hopefully it helps you out.
You’ll find Ghost town north west of Steamy Stacks at the landmark called Pristine Point.
